Essity Chairman Declines Re-election

Pär Boman has declined re-election as chairman of the board of directors for Essity.

Boman has served as chairman since 2016. He will remain in his current position until March 2024.

The company is now well on its way to achieving a 17% return on capital employed by 2025,” said Boman.
