Essity Commits to Cutting Greenhouse Gas Emissions

Essity has committed to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions company wide by 2050.

Essity plans to reach its ambitious goals by phasing out fossil fuels, improving energy efficiency, and increasing its use of renewable energy. In addition, the company has increased its goals for sustainability innovations by setting a new target that at least 50% of all innovations should yield a social and/or environmental improvement
