Freudenberg Home & Cleaning Solutions Purchases Vermop
July 14, 2023Freudenberg Home & Cleaning Solutions GmbH has acquired Vermop Salmon GmbH for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase augments Freudenberg’s Vileda Professional brand, increasing the company’s offerings of cleaning tools and systems and includes the Hefter Cleantech cleaning machines brand, which Vermop acquired in 2020. Per the terms of the deal, Vermop will continue to operate as a separate entity with the integration of its brands will be implemented over the coming year, European Cleaning Journal reports.
“We are pleased that this acquisition will enable us to successfully continue our national and international growth strategy and tap into new potential,” said Karin Overbeck, Freudenberg CEO.
