Georgia-Pacific Begins Construction on Wisconsin Distribution Center

Georgia-Pacific LLC, parent company of GP PRO, has begun construction on a new distribution facility in De Pere, Wisconsin.

The company is investing more than US$50 million in the construction of the 1.1 million-square-foot distribution center, which is located near one of its larger manufacturing plants in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The facility is slated to be operational by the end of 2022 and will allow Georgia-Pacific to consolidate four local warehouses. The property will feature 110 loading docks for trucks as well as capacity for more than two million cases of products.
