Grainger Appoints New Chief Legal Officer

W.W. Grainger Inc. has appointed Nancy L. Berardinelli-Krantz senior vice president and chief legal officer, effective January 30.
A U.S. Army veteran, Berardinelli-Krantz joins Grainger from Eaton Corp., where she served as senior vice president and deputy chief legal officer. Prior to Eaton, she held senior leadership positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and worked for the international law firm of Jones Day. Berardinelli-Krantz will succeed John L. Howard who will retire from Grainger in July after 23 years of service.
