Grainger Details Quarterly Dividend

W.W. Grainger Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$1.44 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend―$5.76 annualized with a yield of 2.14%―is payable June 1 to shareholders of record at the close of business May 11. Grainger has paid an increased dividend to shareholders without interruption for 48 consecutive years.
