Hospeco Acquires ChemCor
October 4, 2022Hospeco Brands Group has acquired ChemCor Chemical Corp.
Hospeco’s purchase of the Chino, California-based manufacturer and distributor of specialty chemical solutions expands the company’s presence on the West Coast. Hospeco’s portfolio is also bolstered by ChemCor’s more than 3,000 offerings, including proprietary formulations and private label products. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
