Imperial Dade Acquires Allied Eagle Supply

Imperial Dade has purchased Allied Eagle Supply Co.
Imperial Dade’s acquisition of the Detroit, Michigan-based Allied Eagle expands the company’s client portfolio and geographical presence in Michigan and northern Ohio. Allied Eagle is the 48th acquisition for the company under its current leadership team. Financial details of the purchase were not announced.
