Imperial Dade Acquires Dalco

Imperial Dade has acquired Dalco Enterprises Inc.
Imperial Dade’s purchase of the Minnesota-based distributor expands its client footprint in the Midwest and represents the 34th acquisition for the company under the current leadership. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
