Imperial Dade Acquires EBP Supply

Imperial Dade has acquired EBP Supply Solutions.
Imperial Dade’s purchase of the Connecticut-based EBP expands the company’s client portfolio and geographical footprint on the East Coast and represents the 37th acquisition for the company under the current leadership. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
