Imperial Dade Acquires Empire Distributors

Imperial Dade has purchased Empire Distributors.

Imperial Dade’s purchase of the Rancho Cucamonga, California-based Empire Distributors expands the company’s geographical footprint and client portfolio in Southern California. Empire Distributors is the 40th acquisition for the company under its current leadership. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
