Imperial Dade Acquires New Jersey Distributor

Imperial Dade has purchased Country Clean Paper Supplies.
Imperial Dade’s acquisition of the Ocean Township, New Jersey-based distributor of food service and janitorial supplies expands the company’s geographical footprint and product offerings. Country Clean is the 58th acquisition for the company under its current leadership team. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
