Imperial Dade Acquires Nichols

Imperial Dade has purchased Nichols.
Imperial Dade’s acquisition of the Norton Shores, Michigan-based Nichols expands the company’s geographical footprint and client portfolio in the Midwest. Nichols is the 43rd acquisition for the company under its current leadership. Financial details of the transaction were not announced.
“Nichols’ customer centric business approach is aligned with Imperial Dade’s and together we will provide unparalleled service to new and existing customers throughout the Midwest,” said Jason Tillis, Imperial Dade president.
