Imperial Dade Acquires Superior SANY Solutions

Imperial Dade has acquired Superior SANY Solutions for an undisclosed sum in a private financial transaction.
Previously owned by GDI Integrated Facility Services Inc., Oakville, Canada-based Superior SANY Solutions distributes janitorial supplies throughout the province of Ontario. The purchase, which is slated to be finalized on March 31, marks the 78th acquisition by Imperial Dade under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
