Imperial Dade Acquires Texas Distributor

Imperial Dade has acquired Wedge Supply LLC for an undisclosed sum in a private financial transaction.
Founded by Kevin Wedge in 1989, Wedge Supply distributes paper, janitorial equipment, and food service products throughout North Texas. The purchase expands Imperial Dade’s presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area and is the 76th acquisition by Imperial Dade under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
