Imperial Dade Continues Expansion Through Acquisition

Imperial Dade has acquired Hylon Koburn (HyKo) Chemicals Inc.
Imperial Dade’s acquisition of the Salt Lake City-based HyKo expands the company’s geographical footprint and client portfolio in Utah. HyKo is the 44th acquisition for the company under its current leadership. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
“HyKo has an established reputation for a high level of customer service and a storied history within Salt Lake City. Imperial Dade is excited to partner with HyKo in their next stage of growth,” said Robert Tillis, Imperial Dade CEO.
