Imperial Dade Continues Expansion Through Acquisition

Imperial Dade recently completed its 50th acquisition under the company’s current leadership team of Robert Tillis, chairman, and Jason Tillis, CEO.
The company purchased North Alabama Chemical (NAC), a Decatur, Alabama-based custodial supply distributor owned and operated by Peter Farrell. The deal includes NAC’s additional Alabama locations in Florence and Huntsville.
“I am excited to partner with Peter and the NAC team to further grow our presence in northern Alabama in this next chapter of growth. This acquisition reinforces our focus to strengthen our presence in key growth markets to ensure our customers receive the highest quality service,” said Jason Tillis.
