Imperial Dade Continues to Expand Through Acquisitions

Imperial Dade has further expanded its national footprint with the acquisition of two distributors.
Imperial Dade has purchased East Continental Supplies, a Hialeah, Florida-based distributor of janitorial equipment and paper supplies. “EC Supplies’ strong reputation of outstanding customer service in Miami-Dade, West Palm, and Broward counties make the company a great addition to Imperial Dade and will further enhance our offering to customers,” said Robert Tillis, Imperial Dade CEO.
In a separate transaction, Imperial Dade acquired Petaluma, California-based food service packaging supplier Moresco Distributing Co. “We are excited to grow our presence across the West Coast and look forward to partnering with the Moresco team to capitalize on the many growth opportunities that we see ahead for the business,” said Jason Tillis, Imperial Dade president.
The purchases represent the 35th and 36th acquisitions for Imperial Dade under its current leadership.
