Imperial Dade Continues to Grow Via Acquisitions

Imperial Dade recently completed its 54th and 55th acquisitions under the company’s current leadership team of Robert Tillis, chairman, and Jason Tillis, CEO.
In separate transactions, Imperial Dade purchased Dees Paper Co. and Boudreault Packaging Ltd. The company’s acquisition of Mobile, Alabama-based Dees Paper strengthens Imperial Dade’s presence in the Southeast. The purchase of Boudreault Packaging, a Gatineau, Canada-based distributor of janitorial sanitation, and food service products, expands Imperial Dade’s footprint in Canada. Financial terms of the two private transactions were not announced.
