Imperial Dade Expands in Puerto Rico

Imperial Dade has acquired International Sales & Marketing (ISM) in a private transaction for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase of the Cataño, Puerto Rico-based distributor, which is led by CEO Eduardo Lopez, increases Imperial Dade’s presence in the region. This marks the 53rd acquisition for Imperial Dade under its current leadership team.
