Imperial Dade Increases Presence in California

Imperial Dade has acquired Prime Paper & Packaging for an undisclosed sum.
Imperial Dade’s purchase of the Downey, California-based distributor of food service, industrial, and janitorial products increases the company’s presence in the Southern California market. Owned and operated by the Farah family, Prime is the 71st purchase by the company under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
