Imperial Dade Purchases American Paper & Twine

Imperial Dade has acquired American Paper & Twine Co. (APT).
Imperial Dade’s acquisition of the Nashville, Tennessee-based APT expands the company’s geographical footprint and client portfolio in the Southeast. APT is the 44th acquisition for the company under its current leadership. Financial terms of the purchase were not announced.
“We look forward to partnering with APT and continuing to provide customers with a world-class value proposition and service offering. This acquisition is the next step in our ability to serve customers coast to coast as a national distributor,” said Jason Tillis, Imperial Dade president.
