Imperial Dade Purchases Carpenter Paper

Imperial Dade has purchased Carpenter Paper Co.
Established in 1901, family-owned Carpenter Paper distributes foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies throughout Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. This marks the 41st purchase under Imperial Dade’s current leadership team. Financial terms of the private transaction were not announced.
“This acquisition is the next step in our ability to serve customers coast-to-coast as a national distributor. I am excited to partner with the Carpenter team and further grow our presence in Salt Lake,” said Jason Tillis, Imperial Dade president.
