Imperial Dade Purchases Florida Distributor

Imperial Dade has acquired Cosgrove Enterprises Inc.
The purchase of the Miami-based distributor of janitorial supplies expands Imperial Dade’s client portfolio and product offerings and represents the 33rd acquisition for the company under the current leadership. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
“Cosgrove’s commitment to customer service aligns well with Imperial Dade’s philosophy and values,” said Jason Tillis, Imperial Dade president. “We are excited to further strengthen our presence in the Southeast and look forward to partnering with (CEO and President Greg Rogers) and his team to capitalize on the many growth opportunities that we see ahead for the business.”
