Imperial Dade Purchases Mailender

Imperial Dade has purchased Mailender Inc.
Mailender has been distributing office products and janitorial supplies to the Cincinnati metro area and greater Ohio region for more than 80 years. The purchase strengthens Imperial Dade’s existing presence in the Midwest and marks the 42nd purchase under the company’s current leadership team.
“The acquisition of Mailender provides us a foothold in the large and growing Cincinnati market which is key as we expand geographically and grow nationally with our customers. We enthusiastically welcome the Mailender family into Imperial Dade,” said Jason Tillis, Imperial Dade CEO.
