Imperial Dade Purchases Ralik

Imperial Dade has acquired Ralik for an undisclosed sum in a private financial transaction.
Established in 1997, Ralik is a Blainville, Canada, distributor of janitorial products and packaging supplies servicing the greater Montreal area. Owned and operated by a team of three entrepreneurial brothers—Ali, Hamdi, and Shoukri Musta—Ralik is the 72nd acquisition by Imperial Dade under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
