ISS Launches Diversity and Inclusion Initiative

ISS recently announced a new country-based diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategy.
The initiative will be led by Eric Stallworth, ISS head of diversity, equity & inclusion, who joined the company in March of last year. ISS’s strategy includes increasing women in management, boosting leadership development, and forming employee resource groups. The company will also look to partner with strategic suppliers that represent diverse backgrounds.
“We believe that inclusion and connection are even more imperative in 2021 as we seek threads to unite us and as we continue to find ways to support each other,” said Stallworth. “D&I is always a journey of understanding, no matter what your level. ISS looks to lead by example. It is our responsibility to understand other perspectives and create an environment in which everyone can thrive.”
