ISS Names New CEO

ISS has appointed Jacob Aarup-Andersen CEO, effective September 1.

Aarup-Anderson joins ISS from Danske Bank A/S, where he has served in a variety of executive leadership positions since 2012, including chief financial officer. He succeeds Jeff Gravenhorst, who announced his retirement. Gravenhorst has been with ISS since 2002 and has served as the company’s CEO since 2010. He will remain in his position through September 1 in order to ensure a smooth transition.
