ISS S/A, parent company of ISS Facility Services, has appointed Mads Holm group chief financial officer (CFO).

According to a press release, Holm will start his new role with ISS no later than August 1, 2024, and will be based out of the company’s corporate headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. He joins ISS from Equinor, where he served as CFO of the company’s Equinor Renewables division.

“As our new group CFO, Mads will be an important addition to our executive group management team. Mads brings extensive financial, operational, and transformational experience to the role, and combined with his equity market experience, he will be an important driver in the next phase of the OneISS journey to deliver on our strategy, ambitions, and financial targets. I am looking forward to welcoming Mads to ISS and our more than 350,000 colleagues,” said Kasper Fangel, ISS CEO.
