ISS has appointed Margot Slattery global head of diversity and inclusion, effective May 1.

Slattery joins ISS from Sodexo where she had a 30-year career in various leadership and D&I positions. Most recently, she served as Sodexo’s global diversity and inclusion officer and prior to that she spent four years as the company’s country president in Ireland and Northern Ireland. She was also recognized in the Financial Times’ Top 100 OUTstanding LGBT Business Leaders for four consecutive years.
