ISSA Members Among Top Companies for Multicultural Women

Five ISSA member companies been named to Seramount’s (formally Working Mother Media) 2021 Best Companies for Multicultural Women.

Established in 2003, the annual list recognizes businesses for developing and implementing best practices in hiring, retaining, and promoting multicultural women. In compiling this year’s index, Seramount found an increase in companies offering anti-racism training and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.

Seramount included the following ISSA-member companies in its 2021 list:

• Aramark
• Ecolab Inc.
• Kimberly-Clark Corp., parent company of Kimberly-Clark Professional
• Procter & Gamble, parent company of Procter & Gamble Professional
• Sodexo.
