Jon-Don Acquired by Incline Equity
January 14, 2021Trivest Growth Investment Fund (TGIF) has completed the sale of its portfolio company Jon-Don to Incline Equity Partners.
BlackArch Partners advised Jon-Don on the sale transaction, and Akerman served as legal counsel, Building Services Management reports. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

As non-control investors, in just over three years they helped increase the value of Jon-Don well beyond what I thought was possible.”
