KBS Purchases Kimco

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has acquired Kimco Facility Services LLC.

The acquisition of Kimco expands KBS’s service offerings and client base. Per the terms of the deal, Kimco will operate as a KBS company. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. During the past four years, KBS has acquired a total of 15 organizations.
