Kenerson Associates Acquires Kaufman Sales

Kenerson Associates Inc. has acquired Kaufman Sales Inc. as part of an asset purchase agreement.

The acquisition expands Kenerson’s service area to include the upstate New York market and broadens its product offerings. Per the terms of the deal, Dan Butts, Kaufman Sales CEO, will join Kenerson’s sales team along with Kaufman sales representatives Joe Bifulco and Mike McAlice. In addition, Lisa Scolaro will be retained as customer service representative.
