Kimberly-Clark Expands RightCycle Recycling Program in Europe

April 12, 2023 Kimberly-Clark Expands RightCycle Recycling Program in Europe

Kimberly-Clark Professional has expanded its RightCycle™ Program to the Netherlands and Switzerland.

The RightCycle Program collects previously hard-to-recycle personal protective equipment (PPE) such as garments, masks, gloves, and goggles. Since it was established in 2011, the initiative has helped hundreds of customers such as universities, research institutions, and pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers divert more than 4.4 million pounds of waste. In addition to the Netherlands and Switzerland, the program is also available in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Belgium, Austria, and Spain.

“Expanding the geographic reach of the RightCycle Program will enable more of our customers to divert PPE waste from landfills to give these products a second life,” said Ashley Davis, Kimberly-Clark global sustainability manager. “This is part of our ongoing commitment to help our customers reduce their environmental footprint and to deliver on our purpose of Better Care for a Better World.”
