Kimberly-Clark Raises 4th-Quarter Sales 6%

Kimberly-Clark Corp., parent company of Kimberly-Clark Professional, reported fourth-quarter revenue of US$4.8 billion, an increase of 6% from one year ago.

Kimberly-Clark also reported a quarterly net income of $546 million, or $1.69 per share, down slightly $556 million, or $1.71 per share, for the same period last year. Sales in the company’s Kimberly-Clark Professional segment dipped 9% from the previous year to $742 million.

For the fiscal 2020 year, Kimberly-Clark reported full-year net sales of $19.1 billion, an increase of 4%.  Kimberly-Clark Professional posted $3.02 billion in sales in 2020, a decline of 8% compared to 2019.
