Knight LLC Acquired by CFS Technologies

Knight LLC has been acquired by CFS Technologies LLC, a portfolio company of Union Park Capital.

The purchase of Knight expands CFS Technologies’ portfolio of dispensing equipment and cleaning solutions, which also includes the Lafferty Equipment Manufacturing and Lavo Solutions brands. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
