KSS Enterprises Expands With Two Acquisitions

KSS Enterprises recently acquired Midland Chemical Co. and Midland Paper Co. for an undisclosed sum.

KSS will combine operations of the two Midland, Michigan, distributors into a new facility featuring a product showroom, distribution warehouse, and executive offices. All Midland Chemical and Midland Paper staff members will be retained as part of KSS.

“We are excited about becoming a part of the Greater Midland Area community, which will allow us to continue to grow what we are doing in other regions around the state.” stated Ed Stasiak, KSS president. “Helping our customers maintain healthy and safe facilities, as well as lowering their overall costs through education and training on products and processes, is how we continue to be successful and is the focus of the KSS organization.”
