Medline Expands Medical Product Offerings

Medline Industries Inc. has announced intentions to acquire a significant portion of the Hudson RCI® brand of respiratory products from Teleflex.

The deal would expand Medline’s offerings of oxygen and aerosol therapy, active humidification, and pulmonary hygiene products. Medline would also acquire a respiratory sterile water products manufacturing plant in Arlington Heights, Illinois, and a factory producing a variety of respiratory consumables in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. Once the acquisition is complete, nearly 1,000 Hudson RCI employees would join Medline’s team.
