Milliken Acquires Encapsys
October 25, 2021Milliken & Co. has purchased Encapsys LLC from the Cypress Performance Group LLC.
Milliken’s purchase of Appleton, Wisconsin-based Encapsys increases the company’s offerings of microencapsulation technologies. Per the terms of the transaction, Encapsys will be integrated into Milliken, with daily operations set to continue uninterrupted. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
