OpenWorks Launches New Customer Portal

OpenWorks recently released OpenWorks Portal, a digital hub where communication occurs in real time among OpenWorks, its customers, and supporting service providers.

The new portal provides users with enhanced interaction and visibility and delivers operational oversight, freeing up service providers to focus on cleaning tasks. OpenWorks predicts the service will further enhance customer retention rates.
