Outlook Nebraska Expands Production Capabilities

Outlook Nebraska Inc. recently increased its production capacity to meet rising customer demand.

The company added a Bretting Manufacturing bander and log saw to its existing multi-fold towel machine, doubling its manufacturing capabilities. Outlook Nebraska also equipped the upgraded multi-fold machinery with simple modifications to assist low vision operators, such as custom multi-color LED lighting and large interface screens. As part of the AbilityOne program and National Industries for the Blind, Outlook Nebraska currently employs 75% blind labor in the manufacturing of its products.

“Outlook Nebraska is dedicated to investing in our manufacturing facility to improve quality and increase capacity to meet changing customer expectations. The investment of new equipment sustains our mission of blind employment while staying competitive in the market,” said Brad Sheets, Outlook Nebraska director of operations.
