Outlook Nebraska Recognizes Top Associates

April 25, 2022

Outlook Nebraska Inc. recently named Nate Wichman its 2022 Associate of the Year.

The organization’s annual peer-nominated award honors an employee for excelling in their position and demonstrating a commitment to its core values. Wichman has been a member of Outlook Nebraska’s sales team since 2016 and currently serves as its government business development representative.

“Nate embodies Outlook’s core values and has been an exemplary model of growth. He never lets challenges such as a pandemic get in the way and has been repeatedly recognized for elevating Outlook and its AbilityOne program,” said Eric Stueckrath, Outlook Nebraska CEO. “Nate helped position Outlook as a leader among National Industries for the Blind (NIB) agencies and achieved a new record in closed sales in 2021.”

Additionally, Outlook Nebraska announced Keli O’Dell has been nominated for the 2022 National Industries for the Blind Peter J. Salmon Award. The nonprofit’s annual award recognizes blind and visually impaired workers from across the nation who excel in their positions at NIB-associated agencies. O’Dell has been with Outlook Nebraska since 2018 and has worked as a machine operator since 2021.

“Keli puts the team first in everything he does. He comes to work every day ready to produce quality products for our customers,” said Stueckrath. “Keli prioritizes his professional development, which helps him thrive as a machine operator. His ability to collaborate with others while having fun makes him a valuable contributor to our organization.”
