Reckitt Helps MLB Team Stay Safe at Home

Reckitt, parent company of Reckitt Professional, has been named an official partner of MLB’s Seattle Mariners.

The agreement calls for Reckitt and the Mariners to keep the team’s fans, staff, and players safe and healthy at T-Mobile Park, the team’s home stadium, through enhanced disinfection protocols. Reckitt will provide the Mariners’ cleaning staff with a supply of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-approved disinfection products, including those proven to be effective against SARS-CoV-2 , the virus that causes COVID-19. Reckitt will also outfit T-Mobil Park with dispensers containing Lysol Disinfecting Wipes for the team’s fans to use.

“In order to be able to fully enjoy the game, fans need to feel reassured while at the ballpark,” said E. Yuri Hermida, Reckitt executive vice president of North America hygiene. “It is great to welcome the Mariners as the latest MLB partner. We are looking forward to working with them to enhance the T-Mobile Park experience, so their fans feel confident, and can focus on the live action in front of them.”
