Seatex Acquires ChemQuest Chemicals

Seatex Ltd. has purchased ChemQuest Chemicals LLC for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition of the Pasadena, Texas-based custom chemical manufacturer provides Seatex with enhanced production capabilities, increased capacity, and a complementary customer base. With this latest transaction, Seatex now has four manufacturing locations in Texas.
