Sodexo Acquires Beacon Purchasing

Sodexo’s global procurement subsidiary Entegra has acquired Beacon Purchasing for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase expands Sodexo’s procurement offerings for the hospitality industry in the United Kingdom. Beacon Purchasing has more than 20 years of experience supporting hotels and leisure facilities in the region.
“We are looking forward to working with the team at Beacon to broaden our offering, which will enable the faster deployment of new areas of service to benefit our clients’ businesses.
