Sodexo Acquires K&R Vending Services

Sodexo’s convenience business, InReach, has acquired K&R Vending Services for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition expands InReach’s service offerings into Southern New Jersey, Delaware, and Eastern Maryland. Per the terms of the deal, Bradlee Whitson, current K&R president, will join InReach’s leadership team.
