Sodexo Donates $20K to Indiana Food Bank

Sodexo recently awarded a US$20,000 grant to Manna From Seven, a Terre Haute, Indiana, food pantry.
According to a press release, the donation is part of the Feeding Our Future initiative, a summer meal program in which Sodexo partners with hunger relief organizations to provide free meals to children who would otherwise go without. Sodexo’s Indiana State Dining division helped organize the donation to the volunteer-run nonprofit, which distributes food to those in need across the Vigo County, Indiana.
“This is Sodexo’s way of giving back to the community,” said Crystal Chandler-Obregon, Indiana State Dining by Sodexo retail manager. “Manna From Seven was chosen because of what they do for the community, giving away food and other services to any individual or family free of charge.”
