Sodexo Honored for Food Service Operations in Ireland

Sodexo was named Ireland’s Top Site Contract Caterer for 2021 at the Gold Medal Awards for Excellence in Catering.

Established in 1988, the annual awards program, presented by Hotel & Catering Review magazine, recognizes the top catering, hospitality, and food service operations in Ireland. Sodexo was honored for its catering operation at Eli Lilly and Co. in Kinsale, Ireland, which has increased its number of vegetarian and vegan dishes by 33% while incorporating dishes that feature fifty of the world’s sustainable ingredient profiles, fft magazine reports.
