Sodexo Locks up Deal With London Police

Sodexo has been awarded a seven-year property services integrator contract with London, England’s Metropolitan Police Service.

The US$57.6 million deal calls for Sodexo to provide a range of services to the United Kingdom’s largest police force, including IT services, financial management, procurement, supply-chain management, and operations and service continuity planning. Sodexo will service the police department’s New Scotland Yard facility, local stations, communications hubs, and training centers. The contract also contains an option for a three-year extension, Facilities Management Journal reports.
