Sodexo Names New CFO

January 10, 2024 Sodexo Names New CFO

Sodexo has appointed Sébastien de Tramasure group chief financial officer (CFO), effective May 1.

De Tramasure has been with Sodexo for more than 18 years and currently serves as CFO of the company’s North America division. Prior to his current role, he held various finance positions, including CFO for Sodexo’s benefits and rewards services division. De Tramasure was named global CFO for Sodexo’s healthcare and seniors segment, and he was elevated to his current position in 2020. He succeeds Marc Rolland, who will continue with the company to ensure a smooth transition before assuming a new position that will be announced at a later date.

“I would like to congratulate Sébastien. He has a long-standing track record in the finance function at Sodexo having gained a thorough knowledge of the group’s activities and solid international experience, especially in North America where he has been based for the last five years. Sébastien has all the qualities to succeed as group CFO,” said Sophie Bellon, Sodexo CEO.

“I want to warmly thank Marc Rolland for his major contribution as group CFO over the last eight years. He has largely contributed to our performance and growth while playing a key role in supporting major strategic and transformative projects. Marc will continue to play a leadership role as we move forward towards being the world leader in sustainable food and valuable experiences,” Bellon added.
